I have a 1993 Z28 with about 16k miles and I stopped and got gas on day and when I stared it up and put it in drive it started to shake apart. I have spent 3k trying everything, Distributior, Coil, ignition module, ECM. If there is anything else you can think of that will take a car from running to shaking itself apart let me know any advice to get it running again would be appreciated.

Just circling back around on the 1994 missfire. Well guys, it was the Opti-Spark (big surprise, huh?) that was giving me the problems. The MSD unit was never right. Just a few hundred miles of driving and according to the mechanic, the inside of the unit was green with corrosion and the rotor button was burned-through. We replaced the MSD with another OEM unit and will see if it lasts any length of time. But for right now, that 25 year old rascal runs as good, or better, than new. So happy to have my Z28 back and for it to be running like a red-butted ape!
Thanks for all the help from you fellas!

Glad you got it sorted out. I just wish MSD would pull their opti off the market. Or put it as "Race Only" where you are not running it down the road thousands of miles.
