What products do you use?

    Just curious what you all use to clean up your cars? As for myself I use Adams now, its affordable and works great with easy application and removal. I use a Porter cable polisher that dumbs it down for my use lol so I can't burn the paint on the car and still have it looking great.

    So what do you use?

    I use UV rays. Works great for that matte finish I have always been looking for! :chuckles:

    Turtle Wax Ice for under hood, interior and exterior plastic/rubber parts.
    Meguirs Hot Shine for tires.
    Rain-X on the windows.
    Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish.
    For washing I use the Mr. Clean AutoDry system. I bought enough to last me a few years after they discontinued the product line.
    "Wet Paint" for quick wax touch up.
    Forever Black on black trim.
    Mother's Carnauba wax.

    Detailed the truck today, and plan to do the Camaro tomorrow. The car ought to take half as long, I'll post up some picks in the front end thread. :)

    This time I used Eagle One Nano wax, I had a bottle that's been 1/3rd full sitting on the shelf for several years and decided I need to finish the bottle. I forgot how easy that stuff was to apply. :)

    Depend on what I am working on.

    My Challenger and my wife's Mercedes and her Camaro, I use Z-Best wax.
    My LE and my 67, I use Zymol Rouge and Z-Best on the stripe area

    Tire protection, I use Surf City Tire Protection
    Interior cleaner, I use Surf City Black Ice interior detailer
    Windows, Surf City glass cleaner
    Spray detail, I use Griots Garage Spray Detailer and Zaino Z6 and Z8 Grand Finale.
    Wash suds come from Zymol, its about $30 a bottle but worth its weight in gold.

    All polish gets slung on with a PC except for the Rouge, as that is a paste that goes on by hand.

    I've liked zymol in the past and didn't mind the price. But now, it's pretty much Adams for the truck, vette, mini van and z28
