I got the valance put on today, now I just need to find a day when it's not raining to get over to the exhaust shop to have them get the 90* bends and tips on.

Valance has been sitting in storage waiting to be put on since October.

Thanks Richard! I'm just glad the paint on my grille and valance match damn near perfect. Glad I don't have to get anything blended.

 

If you have the chance get the valance blended in with the bumper, its a lot cleaner of a look. My buddy Chris' 02 SS with the CME blended

I like how that looks Chris, but I'd really rather no have to have the entire bumper painted. Lol. I've heard on tech that when the had it done the body shop said it was a lot harder than they thought it was going to be. I don't have that much confidence in the body shops around here. Ha.

all this time ive had plainfeild on the brain.im in cloverdale area, far from there.
still dig the ride.

 

It is not as easy as it looks, and that is to do it the right way, and not bondo the crap out of it like some places would do. You need to bond it, and staple it so it does not come apart, and then lay more rubber resin in to fill the seams. I say leave it the way SLP intended it.

Erik, I love the look, where did you get your tips if I may ask?

Both the valance and the tips are from 6LE, 6litereaterdesigns.
