Shifting issues

    2010 Chevrolet Camaro not letting me shift from first to second gear. Ways to problem solve this issue?

    Its the CAGS system forcing you to save gas. GM did that to get it to pass federal fuel consumption regulations.

    It kicks in when the car is in first gear, with 21% throttle or less, at 15-19 mph, and engine warmed (coolant 170 F or higher). It will force you to go to 4th. A tuner device can eliminate this or Skip Shift Eliminator will take care of it.
