So I have a aftermarket coolant reservoir, has 1 bottom port and 2 top ports. Right now the bottom port is blocked and 1 top port is blocked, using the other top port for the coolant line off the radiator. Should I use the bottom port and block the top ports?

Found the answer, should have the radiator line at the bottom and let it vent at the top.

Yah, the bottom one allows it to pull fluid back in as it cools.
