I'm just seemingly too inept to wax my ride without getting !#*!#*!#*!#* everywhere. I have checked clear on the hood and the paint isn't in the greatest shape. Needless to say, I have issues with removing all the wax and all the flaws really show up. Tried turtle wax's ICE and the flaws are a lot less noticeable, but the shine is less brilliant. Is there any other alternative short of repainting the car? I thought it'd be really funny to clear coat on top of primer, sort of a nod to "this will always be a project"
