dash speaker

    Hello All, my name is Pete and I have a 68 z/28 Camaro. during restoration I needed to replace the upper dash, and some how the speaker got damaged and tossed, thinking I could get another , everything I find is a duel cone stereo speaker. Searching the web I'm told the org part # is 7298001. can I get some help in finding the correct speaker?

    Does it need to be a reproduction with the same 1968 iffy sound quality, or will a drop in replacement do?
