i started my car up the other day and when it was idling at first i noticed the car was shaking more than usual then when i drove it was lost of power and sounded a little different.. but when i revvved it when not in gear it was pretty much normal? whats wrong?

 

Revving it not in gear has no load and not a real test. Sounds like you have a miss. Check plugs and plug wires first.
