Hey everyone, can anyone tell me if disc brake setup off a 67 camaro will fit my 69? I bought a set off a 67 for cheap thinking all first gen's would be the same. Then I read something on day saying some were front steer, some were rear steer, so now I'm unsure. I hope they work, I got both complete assemblies. Spindles, rotors, calipers, even good pads. Guy just popped both ball joints loose and sold me everything.

The caliper brackets changed in 69 according to my data, but otherwise the entire sets should swap over. The wheel offset is about an inch further out with disks.

Will that cause any clearance issues? Car currently is running a non power brake system, what are recommendations for a proportioning valve for brake bias?

It will push the wheels out an inch but they will still clear. Besides stock, I can't tell you which valve it should use. Last time I did a disk brake conversion it was late 60s truck, and I used an adjustable proportion valve to dial it in exactly like I wanted it.
