Has anyone ever seen a picture of or tried to put a blower on the top of an LT1 in a 95 Camaro? I'm not sure what's behind the dashboard and I've got a glass man that can cut the windshield make me a box. I really have no use for heat or air conditioning just wondering what components would have to be removed to put a blower straight up on a 95 Camaro. You know like the old funny cars from the 70s and 8 0
Those old school superchargers are not terribly efficient compared to newer superchargers, and they take far more space for the same or less power gains. I'd only put one on an old car for nostalgia reasons if I wanted a supercharger. If it's purely power gains you're after go with something newer.
I've never heard this before, & truthfully never really thought about it before either. But can you explain why this is? The gearhead in me wants to know!
