Got the double din bezel, anyone done the install before, maybe some tips, still deciding on the head unit probably a Kenwood.

It's pretty straight forward with some trimming involved behind the radio, and that depends on what radio you get and how deep it sits back in the hole.

Glad it went good for ya.... maybe i am seeing it wrong.... so excuse me if i am off here.

Only thing that would make it better is possibly some edging....to fill the slight gap around the edges.... almost like a picture frame....to make it flush sorta.

But really who cares...ya got it in and working right....wtg man!

Thanks, yeah on the bezel itself there like a 1/4” around the inside of the opening so it’s filled in. I like it, just getting use to the features on the Kenwood.

That looks great! I’m thinking of doing something like this to my ‘95 convertible. Thinking of a navigation head unit and a back up camera. This is what I did to my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. A $155 Dual nav head unit (Crutchfield) with a $12 eBay back up camera. I like Crutchfield because their prices are reasonable and they include all the items needed for the install for a extremely reasonable (or sometimes free) cost.

Thanks, it was pretty easy to do just need a hand saw or if you have a dremel that’s really useful. Just move the center console alittle to get the left and right side and in 2 cuts your done. I used the hand saw on the top and dremel on the bottom.
