I have been fiddling around with my windshield wiper system for too long. I have replaced the motor twice and I thought I had it working. Now it has a mind of its own. Hit the switch and it runs continuously or won't run at all or continuous spraying. I have not done anything about the switch, and I think it has to be the problem. Has anyone taken their switch apart and rebuilt it or cleaned it with good results? Thought I would ask before trying it myself. I found a switch on one site for $500 dollars but that is nuts. Any help would be awesome, Thanks in advance.

 

$500 is insane for a wiper switch, I'd make a different switch work, from a c10 or something.

 

I think I will need to take out the switch and try to rebuild it or clean it out without destroying it.
