lol cause im old skool cool and have air shocks and 19 on the rear and 18 on the front i have the air shocks to keep the tire away from the fender but mostly cause i have always loved the look of big rake fan of the funny car dragsters and everyone else drops their cars low to the ground lol
^^^ yep, the 'old school look' from the 60s', been there - done that. I had air shocks, air bags, and 29" cheater slicks on my 65 Buick Skylark Gran Sport. I still like the slightly up rear look. Me and my Z are travelers, can't lower the car because of bad/road construction interstates. Mine, 98Z, approaching 190,000 miles. #ad
Yep, difficult to keep clean. Being that it's a traveller on the interstates, front end gets the worst of it. Dried dead bugs are hit with Fantastic cleaner, whatever the formula is softens them and they come off easy. WD40 works pretty good too. The lower areas are wiped with paint thinner to remove 'road tar'. Paint thinner has no effect on paint or clearcoat.
